His experience in managing and resolving legal issues is very professional and has high integrity. Ilyas has worked in several well-known law firms in Jakarta and to date has handled large companies in Indonesia. Ilyas completed his law degree from Trisakti University and has completed master of notary from University of Indonesia.

Ilyas is actively involved in organizations including the board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) and the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
